As a practitioner of energy work and healing arts, my personal style has become one of its own. My alternative healing path started with Reiki in 2006, From there I started self- exploring different techniques of energy work and spiritual healing ranging from core shamanic techniques and clairvoyant or psychic healing, with inspirations such as teachings and books from Sandra Ingerman, Steven Farmer, Alberto Villoldo, Barbara Anne Brennan, Donna Edan, and many more. As a medium I am comfortable with bringing communication through from Spirit, but I didn't realize I could channel Spirit Healers/Guides to heal through me until a workshop with Lisa Williams In Lily Dale, NY. I have had Healing Guide/ Sprits work through me in some of my sessions, in others I just let healing energy from a higher vibration work through me. I have learned to detach from preconceived ideas of what each session should look like, Trust Spirit, and be at peace with knowing each session is different and unique to the receiver.
