In short, Heather goes where guided and takes you with her. No physical tools (cards, pendulum, charts, etc.) are used. Heather usually begins each session by briefly holding your hand to “read” your energy field. In your energy, all things are present…past, present, and probable future. From your soul core to your material world, nothing is off limit.
Set your intentions about what you would like to achieve. Have your questions ready. In fact, the more clarity you have about what you would like to get out of the session, the more likely you are to get it. It often helps if your write out your questions before hand and say a prayer that your receive what you need for your highest and best good.
