Katie Carp Serenity Sounds Yoga
4pm – 5pm
For the beginner yogi. A casual class where questions and discussions are welcome. The first three weeks of the month learn breathwork and individual poses. We will go over the English and Sanskrit names, alignment and benefits of the poses. The fourth week combine the poses from the month into a gentle flow with intention. A bonus when there is a fifth Thursday in the month; an exploration of yin yoga. All weeks featuring singing bowls in savasanna – the last pose of the class. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
