Reiki I involves discussion of the history of Reiki, self-healing hand positions and the first attunement given to strengthen and bring to consciousness the ability we all possess to help ourselves and all other beings.

This class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience.  Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions.

Dress comfortably.  If you have a certain diet, please bring your own lunch.  There will be a light lunch provided.
