Janet Dillon is a retired RN whose interest in holistic health and energy healing has spanned 45 years. She is a Reiki Master, Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentice and Certified Hypnotherapist.
Her Introduction to Energy Healing Class includes information on the energy centers(chakras), biofields and meridians of the human energy system. Participants will have the opportunigy to sense or feel their own and others energy fields. We will talk about energy theories and some common energy modalities such as Reiki and Healing Touch.
