gelug tradition for a bit over a decade and practicing the Buddha Dharma since my refuge ceremony in 05 as a Zen Buddhist lay practitioner. I have adopted some of the Sikh principals recently on my path and identify myself as a spiritual alchemist. I am versed  in a multitude of practices n many eastern philosophies and schools of thought and practices.
