SoulCollage® is a gentle, intuitive, creative process that involves creating small collage cards that participants use as a powerful tool for ongoing self-reflection, self-awareness and community building. Through the use of images, symbols, and pictures from magazines and periodicals and other sources, the participants in this workshop will engage in the reflective process to create collage cards, that they can use as tools for prayer, meditation & connecting with their inner spirituality or soul wisdom.
SoulCollage® assists with the connection of the conscious and unconscious. It is a
remarkably compelling process as a doorway into your inner wisdom that assists to open hearts, minds, and spirits. Thesoul-tending practice of SoulCollage® honors one’s personal stories, clarifies purpose, and promotes healing and growth tolearn more about yourself on a deeper level. Every participant’s experience will be unique! The workshop is designed to meet you where you are on your journey and
bring you what your inner wisdom is craving in the present moment.
SoulCollage® honors the transformative power of imagination where your soul will gravitate to powerful pictures with symbolic meaning for you. SoulCollage® will enhance any other work you are doing in psychotherapy, art, writing, spiritual guidance, breath work or religious studies. It is a creative tool, but it is not in itself a therapy.
SoulCollage ® workshops can help men and women live a more positive enriched life and receive some clarity, guidance, and wisdom for some of life’s many questions that the mind sometimes gets in the way of. There is no right or wrong way! No art experience is necessary!
SoulCollage® was developed in the late 1980s by psychotherapist Seena Frost as a way for people to tap into their unconscious wisdom in a fun way by using images rather than words or text creating a collage that bypasses the analytical, logical, and critical mindset. It instead explores the inherently creative inner self.

About Heather
Rev. Heather Sherrill the founder of Serene Intentions LLC. She is a non-denominational minister of Walking Prayer ordained through the Center for Sacred Studies and an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner through EFT International. Her extensive facilitation training has helped to achieve many other certifications and qualifications including: Shamanic Reiki Practitioner, Advanced Law of Attraction Practitioner, SoulCollage® Facilitator, and Transformation Meditation Teacher Certification.
Her intention during any session is to provide you with a safe space where you can tap into your own unique healing. She offers guidance, compassion, support, and my strong intuition with the intention of helping you to live your best life in the present and to assist you in removing whatever energy blocks may be standing in the way of you doing so.
