During the event, we will focus on the top four chakras. You will be taken on a deeply meaningful journey through a series of gentle yoga/meditative poses carefully curated to awaken and nurture your crown, third eye, throat, and heart chakras.
As you surrender to each pose and let the crystal's energy envelop you, you will feel a profound sense of peace and liberation wash over you. This practice is a sacred opportunity to dissolve any barriers within your chakras, release any lingering negativity, and invite in a fresh wave of uplifting energy.

As an added bonus, each participant will have the opportunity to choose a crystal to take home with them, allowing them to continue their chakra healing journey beyond the class. These crystals have been specially selected to enhance the energies of the chakras for that class and serve as a reminder of the intentions set during the practice.

Class will be outdoors, weather permitting or in the classroom otherwise. Bring mats and blankets (we have a few yoga mats if needed).
