Drop the resolution and set an intention for the New Year.   Enjoy an hour of gentle movement and meditation to infuse your being with intention.   Bring a yoga mat to recline on the floor or sit in one of the chairs provided and allow yourself to sink into a meditative state a harmonizing tones weave around and through you.   Class size is limited.
