Synchronize your heartbeat with Mother Earth using sound & meditation.  Listen & feel the vibrations of a set of tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, a set of Chakra Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi Chimes, Ocean Drum & Gong.  Breath peace into your heart.  Bring a yoga mat to recline on the floor or sit in one of the chairs provided and allow yourself to sink into a meditative state as harmonizing tones weave around and
through you.  Class size is limited.
