Settle into an element and meditate on a restorative pose and corresponding chakra. Work with the symbols of nature to ground and balance the body, mind and spirit. The practice is accompanied by the harmonizing sound of tuned crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, ocean drum, chimes and gong.
