Embrace the power of visualiz. Begin with a guided meditation set to singing bowls to gather your thoughts. Take a moment to jot any impressions/nuggets on paper. Then, hand pick images that represent the adventures you want to nurture in 2025. You'll leave with an inspiring vision board of the path you are forging for yourself in the new year.

Bring a yoga mat/cushion/blanket, and water bottle. Magazines, scissors, glue an backer board will be provided.
