Embrace the power of visualization. Begin with guided meditation set to singing bowls to gather your thoughts. Take a moment to jot any impressions/nuggets onto paper. Then handpick images that represent the adventures you want to nurter in to 2026. You will leave with an inspiring vision board of hte path you are forging for yourself in the new year.
