Celebrate the return of light!  Immerse yourself in the  vibrations of the singing bowls, gongs, & chimes sweeping away the dark.  Recharge the light within you with meditation and Sound.  Bring a yoga mat to recline on the floor or sit in one of the chairs provided and allow yourself to sink into a meditative state as harmonizing tones weave around and through you.  Class size is limited.
