About Rena
Rena Gaudin is a holistic health coach, and has 20+ years’ experience as a licensed Massage Therapist specializing in pain relief. As an Energy Practitioner, she has completed advanced training and continues to learn and train to enhance her skills to help you get results.
Experience & Advanced Training:
An Ordained Minister in the order of Melchizedek since 1997. Her ministry is in helping people to resolve pain and stress.
Experience as a Massage Therapy Instructor, Guest Speaker, Workshop Facilitator, and worked in Psychological Operations & the Intelligence field for the Army Reserve
(LMT) Licensed Massage Therapist since 2000. Specializing in pain relief. Myofascial cupping can be added to your treatment with prior arrangement.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner since 2004: EFT can relieve stress and increase feelings of well-being.
EFT uses tapping with your fingers on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture but without the use of needles. It has relieved stress and increased feelings of well-being for millions around the world.
EFT has been used to relieve pain, cravings, the effects from bullying, and clients have reported sleeping better and an overall reduction in pain.
Ennergetics: Ennergetics uses the five senses such as sight, touch & hearing with the imagination to rapidly create change in the same way in which the nervous system does. EFT & Ennergetics work together dynamically.
Developer of T’ART: Tapping ART for Stress Relief: Add some color and art play with the EFT/Ennergetics process and mixed media art. It is designed for both the non-artist and artist.
Spontaneous Transformation Technique (STT): Trauma & stress can get stuck in a self-perpetuating loop. STT helps resolve the issue satisfactorily.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP): Part of the Ennergetics process where you are guided to change the energy of a situation from one of stress to one of more peacefulness. Regain your personal power with simple techniques.
Hypnosis: Another of the great techniques to help you to resolve, release or explore. Hypnosis is a process that guides you to slow down your brain wave frequencies to that of creation frequency. You are empowered and make your own choices.
