Reiki I involves discussion of the history of Reiki, self-healing hand positions and the first attunement given to strengthen and bring to consciousness the ability we all possess to help ourselves and all other beings.
This class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions.
Dress comfortably. Please bring your own lunch.

About Joy
My name is Joy, and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I currently live in the countryside near Castalia. I have been a practicing LPN for the last 18+ years and in the medical field for 22+ years. My broad range of experience includes working with the elderly in a nursing home setting, skilled nursing with post operative patients and several years of caring for Hospice patients. I am currently working in a multi doctor office specializing in Internal Medicine. My interest in holistic healing has led me to Reiki and it's healing energy. I am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher practioner. Reiki has really been life changing for me, not only on a spiritual level, but also on a holistic level as well.
