My name is Joy, and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I currently live in the countryside near Castalia. I have been a practicing LPN for the last 18+ years and in the medical field for 22+ years. My broad range of experience includes working with the elderly in a nursing home setting, skilled nursing with post operative patients and several years of caring for Hospice patients. I am currently working in a multi doctor office specializing in Internal Medicine. My interest in holistic healing has led me to Reiki and it's healing energy. I am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher practioner. Reiki has really been life changing for me, not only on a spiritual level, but also on a holistic level as well. During your Reiki session I am able to focus on opening and balancing your chakras, removing negative or blocked energy and opening your meridians. This allows the healing energy to flow freely through you. Doing this can often help relieve such ailments as chronic pain, stress, anxiety and fatigue. My goal is to provide you with an alternative method of healing with a holistic approach to help reduce the affects that these ailments can inflict upon your daily life. All I ask of you is to have an open mind and open heart! I look forward to sharing this amazing gift with all of you!!!

Based on the method of Dolores Cannon, this 2-hour journey will gently guide you through: • A past life regression to uncover stories from other lifetimes • A heart-centered meeting with your guide or guardian angel • A glimpse into a future life progression for clarity and direction No experience with hypnosis is needed—just an open mind and heart.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket, a small pillow, a journal and pen, and water. You are welcome to bring a meaningful object to hold during the session.

About Sarah: I am a certified hypnotherapist, student member of the International Board of Regression Therapists (IBRT), Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Practitioner, and a certified Beyond Quantum Healing Method provider.
My hypnotherapy career began in 2020, having studied Dolores Cannon’s QHHT®️ (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique). After earning a Level 2 certification in this modality, I went on to become certified in the Beyond Quantum Healing Method, created by Candace Craw Goldman, a close student of Dolores. Learning this method allowed me to become familiar with the safe and convenient practice of conducting past life regression online.
Today, I’m a recent graduate of the HCH Institute in Lafayette, California. At the time of this publication, I am participating in a clinical internship under the guidance of my teacher and mentor, Holly Holmes-Meredith.
