EARTH AIR FIRE & WATER

4 elements, 4 restorative poses. Settle into a restorative pose and meditate on an element and corresponding chakra. Work with the symbol of nature to ground and balance the mind/body/spirit before the rush of the holiday season. This practice is accompanied by the harmonizing sound of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, chimes and gong.
